Emerson Academy, previously known as Seven Hills Alternative School and Gateway Academy, officially cut the ribbon on their brand new facility in the fall of 2019. Emerson Academy houses programs for students in grades nine through 12 who have a better opportunity for success in an alternative program. Students receive more one-on-one instruction and have programs that target their needs. Approximately 80 students attend the school each year.
